Alan Hopkins, Ph.D.

Founder & Advisor

PharmaStat was founded in 2001 by Alan Hopkins, Ph.D. He has 20 years experience in drug development in the biotechnology industry prior to founding PharmaStat. Dr. Hopkins has broad experience leading drug development as a Senior Director of Biostatistics, Data Management and Clinical Information Technology and other technical functions at Genentech, Inc. and as a corporate project team leader. He has been involved with many new product licensing applications including multiple electronic submissions. Dr. Hopkins holds a M.S. in Biostatistics from UCLA and a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from UC Berkeley.
